1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JobCrate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobCrate is a lead generation platform for construction contractors in Utah. We aggregate publicly available construction project data from government sources including building permits, city planning records, government bid postings, and economic development announcements, and deliver relevant leads to subscribers based on their trade specialties and service area.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed contractor or authorized representative of a contracting business to use this Service.

4. SMS Notifications Consent

By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from JobCrate at the phone number you provided. These messages will contain construction lead alerts matching your trade and service area preferences.

  • SMS notifications are off by default and must be explicitly enabled by you
  • Message frequency varies based on lead volume (typically 1-5 messages per day)
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to cancel SMS notifications at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • You can also manage SMS preferences in your account settings

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Lead Data Accuracy

Lead information is sourced from public government records and is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any lead data. You are responsible for independently verifying lead details before taking business action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute lead data obtained through the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

JobCrate is not liable for any lost business opportunities, damages, or costs arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on lead data accuracy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
