• Match you with relevant construction leads based on your trades and service area
• Send you lead notifications via email and/or SMS (based on your preferences)
• Process payments for your subscription
• Improve our lead matching algorithms and services
• Communicate with you about your account and our services

3. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications during account registration or in your account settings, we will send you text messages about new construction leads matching your trade and service area. Message frequency varies based on lead volume in your area. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message
• Disabling SMS notifications in your account settings

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. SMS is off by default and must be explicitly enabled by you.

4. Data Sources

The construction leads we provide are sourced from publicly available government records including building permits, city planning agendas, government bid postings, and economic development announcements. We do not collect or sell private personal data of third parties.

5. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls to protect your information. Your account data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate our platform (payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery) solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
